build a collapsible deck panel

deck list to show what cards are in the deck so far.

deck list has name of card as well as plus/minus buttons.

also displays the card as an overlay when card name is clicked.

a display to show how many of each resource you have in the deck.

show how many cards are in deck.

show how many level 0-1 cards are in the deck.

Show the decks max vp value for printed vp values

show decks min/max vp values for variable vp values.
